Express Screed pour of Gyvlon liquid floor screed in Ripon, North Yorkshire
Supplied by Lafarge ready mix and placed via transfer pump. Self build with 90m2 of floor area at 55mm, ice energy underfloor heating pipework and manifold incorporating air source heat pump, Gyvlon screed laid on 100mm of Kingspan insulation, foamex perimeter expansion strips and visqueen membranes for isolation fully sealed and taped, floor levels taken and pour commenced. On site approx 3hrs from set up to clean down.

Supplied by Lafarge and placed via our Putzmeister SP11 DHF Transfer Pump. Property renovation with 85m2 floor at area at60mm with Uponor under floor heating pipe work, pressure tested and securely clipped down, all insulation was isolated with visqueen membranes to eliminate the reaction between the flowing floor screed and the foil backed insulation ,all perimeter expansion strips are securely in place and all levels checked with floor level spiders in place. On site approx 3hrs from start to finish.

Agilia floor screed to ground floor aprox 88m2 laid at 55mm over Upunor underfloor heating pipes and manifolds. Perimeter expansion strips and visqueen isolation membranes fitted.
